Community Foundation of Tompkins County is a public charity with 501c3 status with the IRS. Their mission: To bring people and resources together to build a more equitable Tompkins County by inspiring diverse philanthropy, catalyzing collaborations and championing inclusion and justice.

The community engagement associate supports the chief inclusion & community engagement officer and the community engagement board committee. This position has supporting responsibility to develop and deliver the Community Foundation’s growing community engagement activities including grant making activities in accordance with best practices in the field and the foundation’s strategic plan.
