POST Team Leader

College: SC Johnson College of Business

Major: Applied Economics and Management

Why did you choose to be a POST Team Leader?

I had one of the best weeks of my life this past August doing POST and after looking back at pictures, I realized I really want to give back to a program and community that gave so much to me.

As president of four clubs and captain of my varsity tennis team, I’ve learned how to turn small groups into a community people want to be part of.  I kept things simple and engaging and people started showing up excited and speaking up. Seeing that shift is what drives me, and it also pushed me to make sure it would last. To me, leadership is not just building something strong, but passing it on so others can carry it even further.
