CCE submissions due for the 2026 Einhorn Center CCE Summer Internship Program

DEC 15, 2025

Under the mentorship of a Cornell faculty member and a community-based supervisor from Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE), interns receive a $6,000 stipend to support CCE projects, research or course connections and to expand relationships between CCE county offices and Cornell. Mentoring faculty receive a $500 stipend to support the leveraging of this summer experience to impact their own work with associated CCE partners and students.

Kaplan Family Distinguished Faculty Fellowship application due

FEB 9, 2026

The Kaplan Family Distinguished Faculty Fellowship honors and supports faculty members who are committed to providing transformative experiences for Cornell students through any number of community-engaged learning contexts. It is awarded annually to one faculty member who receives $10,000 to support a community-engaged learning program.

The Robinson-Appel Humanitarian Awards recognize and honor undergraduate students who have had significant involvement in community engagement by providing support for their projects, which address community interests.

The Einhorn Center’s annual Community Engagement Awards ceremony honors and celebrates our community-engaged students, staff, faculty and partners!

This year, we’ll recognize the recipients of the following awards:
