Ray Hage, assistant director of the Einhorn Center’s Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) and Joshua Kwakye-Minott ’29 a STEP participant and current Cornell engineering student, join Cornell’s Office of Community Relations assistant director Kate Supron on the All Things Equal radio program on October 7. During the episode, Hage and Kwakye-Minott give an overview of the STEP program goals and impacts and share insights on what it’s like to be in the STEP program as a student and how that experience prepares participants for the college application process and transition to college life.
