Mina Gradinarova
Program Coordinator, Upward Bound
Phone: (607) 269-7137
Email: mdg249@cornell.edu

As an Upward Bound program coordinator, Mina advises local students during their four years in high school and helps them prepare for college and beyond. She and her students work together on academic endurance, financial planning and the college application process. Ensuring students develop the skills and self-efficacy to strive for success is her priority.

After receiving her Master’s in Elementary Inclusive Education from Teachers College at Columbia University, Mina sought out the opportunity to come back to her alma mater (Cornell ’19) and join the Upward Bound team at the Einhorn Center for Community Engagement. Having worked with Upward Bound as an undergraduate, she is grateful to continue creating pathways to higher education for students from all backgrounds.
