Cornell recognized among Vote Everywhere’s “Founding Fifteen” campuses

This year marks a milestone for The Andrew Goodman Foundation (AGF) as it celebrates the 10th Anniversary of its flagship program, Vote Everywhere. As part of the celebration, Cornell University was recognized as one of the programs “Founding Fifteen” campuses.

Vote Everywhere partners with America’s colleges and universities to provide resources, visibility, and mentoring to a national network of student leaders who involve their peers in participatory democracy through long-term voter engagement and public policy initiatives. The program has successfully helped register 121,993 voters, facilitated 6,807 educational events, engaged 1,573,916 students and spearheaded critical campaigns for youth voting rights.

Dedicated to increasing voter registration, turnout and civic engagement on campus, Cornell Votes has played a critical role in the university’s partnership with Vote Everywhere. Cornell Votes is an Einhorn Center student-run nonpartisan program.
