Give
opportunities for Students     /    Suicide Prevention & Crisis Service of Tompkins County

Have you ever wanted to be a support for those feeling lonely and needing social connection? SPCS is currently recruiting volunteers for their next training sessions! Volunteers on the 24/7 Ithaca Warm Line will talk with individuals who just need someone to talk to – not in crisis situations. This has been an incredible value to our community and allows us to prevent individuals from reaching points of crisis. Volunteers are requested to commit to one 4-hour shift per week.

Upcoming Trainings:

Tuesday, December 5th 10am-4pm

Saturday, December 16th 10am-4pm

It is only required you attend one training date. If interested, please reach out to blosst@ithacacrisis.org
