This Opportunity At a Glance
Volunteer site

1640 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY

As a dog volunteer you will walk the dogs for exercise, provide enrichment using appropriate equipment and help teach the dogs basic obedience. You will also clean up after the dogs, whether outside for a walk, in the play yard or in their rooms.

The SPCA of Tompkins County is looking for a regular shift (2 hours) per week for a minimum 6 month commitment. Shifts are 12-2 p.m. and 2:30-4:30 p.m. daily. When filling out the application, please specify shift preferences so we can match you with available open shifts.
