Christopher Gaulke teaches courses in restaurant management, purchasing and supply chain management, and new product development at the Nolan School. Over the past two years, he has served on the Engaged College Advisory Committee for the SC Johnson College’s work with the Einhorn Center. In this capacity, Gaulke contributes an important faculty perspective in helping to lower the barriers to community-engaged teaching and research adoption throughout the school. His contributions have led to a surge in additional business student involvement in community-engaged learning.
