In addition to her role as director of the ILR School’s Labor & Employment Law Program, Esta Bigler leads the reflective workshop for the High Road New York Program and co-teaches the High Road pre-course.

In the summer of 2020, Bigler co-developed Social Justice & the Workplace, a program that offered virtual internships and seminars to students during the COVID pandemic. In summer 2023, she led the reflective workshop for the pilot version of High Road New York. Beginning in 2024, she will also co-teaching the pre-program course, Community Controlled Economic Development.
