This course combines technical and professional skill development with opportunities to enhance practices and address business challenges for local apparel and beauty businesses. Students will gain experience applying design, retailing and merchandising strategies in support of alternative business models while reflecting on their role as consumers in regional economies and future fashion industry professionals.
