Laura Georginana received the Community-Engaged Practice & Innovation Award for her work, in partnership with Jackie Barrett and Lisa Gerber, developing the innovative MBA Coaches program for the Dyson School’s community-engaged Grand Challenges curriculum. This program recruits, trains and embeds MBA students as mentors and coaches for teams of undergraduate students who are completing their capstone Grand Challenges project. These community-engaged projects must address at least one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and can encompass nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
