About

Sharifa A. Wip (she/her) serves as the inaugural Associate Dean of Students & Director of Black Student Empowerment. She brings expertise and experience in working with alumni, advising programming boards and student organizations, and developing mentorship initiatives. Committed to creating spaces where students can thrive, Sharifa advises the Black Student United at Cornell and supports its mentorship program at the Southside Community Center.
