The Einhorn Center for Community Engagement is thrilled to receive the United Way of Tompkins County’s 2024 Non-Profit Partner Engagement Award. The award celebrates the center’s year-long collaboration with UWTC to launch Volunteer Tompkins, an online platform for sharing, finding and tracking service opportunities.

Einhorn Center staff had a number of discussions with community partners that led to Volunteer Tompkins, as well as the launch of GivePulse, a local volunteer platform specifically for the Cornell community. The sites currently include opportunities with Finger Lakes ReUse, Family Reading Partnership, Ithaca Youth Bureau, Habitat for Humanity and many more organizations that rely on volunteers to serve the Tompkins County community.

Visit Volunteer Tompkins or Cornell’s GivePulse platform to search opportunities, post your own needs or to learn more.
