In this project, two Cornell MBA students are partnering with the William George Agency (WGA), a nonprofit residential treatment center for adolescents, to design and roll out a nine-week hospitality course. Working with faculty and students from the School of Hotel Administration, the business students are designing a curriculum that provides an industry overview and teaches tangible culinary and serving skills, filling a gap in the WGA’s line-up of life skills and vocational training programs.
